IABC Tampa Bay Board of Directors
IABC/Tampa Bay’s board is ratified each year by chapter membership. All paid members are invited to nominate members and vote in the new slate. Throughout the year the all-volunteer board meets monthly to discuss chapter business and new initiatives. All IABC Tampa Bay members are welcome to attend any board meeting. Lou has been an IABC member for six years and currently serves as President of the Tampa Bay chapter. His leadership involvement began in 2007 when he served as the Education Chair for the IABC Southern Region Conference held in Tampa, Fla. He then served as Co-Vice President of Sponsorship in 2008 and Vice President of Finance in 2009 for the Tampa Bay chapter.
Lou is an experienced speechwriter and employee communications professional. He works in the corporate communications department at Publix Super Markets in Lakeland, Fla. A native Floridian, Lou lives in Brandon with his wife Kristin, daughter Haley and Golden Retriever Chloe.
