IABC/Tampa Bay's board is ratified each year by chapter membership. All paid members are invited to nominate members and vote in the new slate.

Throughout the year the all-volunteer board meets monthly to discuss chapter business and new initiatives. All IABC/Tampa Bay members are welcome to attend any board meeting.
